In 2023, Botetourt County formed a focus group to identify and support remote workers living in the county, as well as to enhance their reputability as an attractive place to reside for the remote workforce. Summer Onboarding Program (Ages 18-26)

Onboard|ROA is an 8-week summer program full of adventure, social networking, and career readiness training. The program was custom-built for new hires, interns, remote workers, and young professionals ages 18-26 to get you plugged in, and fast. Cohort applications go live in Jan/Feb annually.
